Use this when you size by percent risk. Your balance and risk % become a money amount, divided by stop distance times pip value to get lots.
£10,000 account, 1% risk, 30 pip stop, £10/pip/lot. Risk = £100. Lots = 100 / (30 x 10) = 0.33 lots.
